Are you a visionary leader with a passion for transforming organizations through Agile methodologies? KPMG is seeking a dynamic and strategic Manager – Agile Transformation to lead enterprise-wide change and drive business agility. In this role, you will work closely with portfolio leaders, and delivery teams to foster an Agile mindset, transforming traditional workflows into a leaner, faster, and more adaptive model focused on delivering exceptional value.

What You'll Do:

  • Lead Agile Transformation: Partner with top-level executives to shift the organization from traditional practices to a more efficient, agile operating model that focuses on continuous value delivery.
  • Drive Strategic Alignment: Implement Agile practices at the portfolio level, including strategic reviews, portfolio syncs, and executive cadence meetings to ensure alignment and decision-making across the enterprise.
  • Coach for Success: Mentor teams and leadership on creating lean business cases, prioritizing investments, and aligning initiatives with overarching strategic goals.
  • Optimize Delivery: Introduce and optimize OKRs, value-driven reporting mechanisms, and flow-based metrics to track progress, enhance efficiency, and continuously improve delivery.
  • Redefine Organizational Structure: Lead the design and implementation of value streams, optimizing cross-functional Agile teams to break down silos and accelerate business impact.

Skills & Qualifications

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience Leading Agile Change: Proven experience implementing Agile practices at the enterprise level, including portfolio management, governance, and team optimization.
  • Strategic Mindset: Expertise in setting and achieving OKRs, driving value-based decision-making, and aligning teams to deliver on strategic objectives.
  • Agile Expertise: A deep understanding of Agile governance, lean funding models, and frameworks such as Scaled Agile, Spotify, LeSS or similar.
  • Proven Leadership: Experience in building and optimizing cross-functional teams to accelerate value flow and improve business outcomes.
  • Pragmatic Approach: We are looking for a pragmatic individual who can apply and adapt frameworks to meet the unique needs of our clients. We are not seeking someone who rigidly follows frameworks to the letter; instead, we want someone who can collaborate with clients to determine the best approach tailored to their specific situation.

 

Certifications:

  • Leading SAFe or similar (Required)
  • SAFe Lean Portfolio Management (Preferred)
  • Implementing SAFe, SPC (Preferred)
