Roles & Responsibilities

We help CFO’s & CEO’s to become business partners and to engage on strategic development to support their operational business by improving the business value and operations of their Finance functions. 
Our Cost and Profitability Management team is looking for a Manager to expand its team and further support CFOs with achieving cost and profitability excellence.


Project management:

  • Participate, lead, manage CFO Advisory and Cost and Profitability Management related assignments;
  • Manage small teams to execute projects;
  • Assist clients with practical recommendations and best practices to improve business and finance processes;

Commercial management:

  • Support business development, from lead identification to the presentation of pitches and proposals;
  • Assist in the development of KPMG service offerings;


People management:

  • As a performance manager, manage, develop, motivate, train, and coach team members to maximize the achievement of their potential.
  • Coach and lead team members by example, in accordance with KPMG’s quality standards.
  • Develop expertise and knowledge of a variety of clients and markets, and awareness of KPMG’s service offerings.
  • Build on professional qualification by undertaking relevant functional or sector-specific training.
  • Contribute to review(s) on completion of projects to identify lessons learned and enhance future quality and commercial planning.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Master’s degreewith 6-10 years of experience in financial management consulting, with a clear focus on corporate finance.
  • Deep understanding of corporate value chain and related processes.
  • Familiarity with topics such as Finance Transformation, Financial Reporting, and Accounting.
  • Previous experience with tools and systems used within the Finance function (e.g. ERP, software for accounting, planning, reporting, RPA / automation software).
  • Leadership experience.
  • Attach great importance to delivering high-quality work and respect deadlines.
  • Strong soft skills: stress-resistance, flexibility, client and service-minded, ability to work in teams.
