We’re looking for a Manager to join our Cost & Profitability Management team within CFO Advisory and help clients across sectors achieve smarter, more sustainable cost structures and data-driven profitability insights.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• As a Manager, you’ll lead high-impact client engagements focused on improving cost efficiency, pricing strategies, and financial transparency. You’ll be part of a dynamic, multidisciplinary team and play a key role in developing our cost and profitability offering. This includes: 
• Lead and contribute to cost and profitability management projects from analysis to implementation.
• Deliver tailored recommendations that help clients optimize cost structures, improve product and customer profitability, and support strategic decision-making.
• Apply best practices in cost modeling, allocation methodologies, and financial performance analysis.
• Support opportunity identification and lead the development of proposals and client presentations.
• Build trusted relationships with client stakeholders and contribute to growing KPMG’s footprint in this space.
• Act as a performance manager and mentor for junior colleagues — inspiring and guiding their development.
• Stay ahead of industry trends, sector dynamics, and technology tools impacting finance and costing.

• Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Engineering, or a related field.
• 5 to 10 years of experience in financial management consulting, with a strong focus on cost and profitability management.
• Proven expertise in building and evaluating cost models, designing allocation methodologies, and conducting profitability analysis.
• Solid understanding of finance transformation projects, including process improvement and change management.
• Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to distill complex financial data into actionable insights.
• Strong attention to detail and precision in financial reporting and modeling.
• Fluent in Dutch and/orFrench and English.
