Roles & Responsibilities
KPMG People Advisory supports clients' HR teams in successfully addressing people-related challenges within their organizations. Today, Human Resources departments are redefining workplace experiences and engaging employees in new ways, while helping businesses manage and adopt people strategies aligned with strategic business objectives.

More specifically, our mission is to support clients in solving complex business challenges in the following domains:
- Strategic Workforce Planning, skills management, and workforce transformation;
- HR operating model design and HR process optimization;
- HR technology with a focus on Workday.
As a Manager in the People Advisory team, the role involves the following responsibilities:
- Project Management:
- Lead and manage People Advisory Services projects, overseeing teams to ensure successful delivery;
- Provide clients with actionable recommendations and best practices to enhance business and HR processes;
- Contribute to project reviews, identifying lessons learned to improve future quality and commercial planning.
- Commercial Management:
- Engage in business development activities, from identifying leads to preparing and presenting pitches and proposals;
- Contribute to the development of KPMG’s service offerings.
- People Management:
- Act as a performance manager, guiding, developing, and motivating team members to help them reach their full potential;
- Lead by example, ensuring adherence to KPMG’s quality standards;
- Bring experience in managing small teams (1-5 people).
