What will you do:

 

As a (Senior) Functional Advisor Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management, you play a key role in designing, implementing, and testing Dynamics 365 Supply Chain solutions (including Inventory, Warehouse, Transportation, Production, and Procurement).


You support clients in transforming their operations by fully leveraging the capabilities of Microsoft Dynamics 365. You work closely with business consultants, solution architects, and technical teams, combining functional expertise with strong collaboration and communication skills.

 

  • Guide clients through operational transformations by facilitating workshops
  • Run FIT/GAP sessions and design future‑state processes aligned with APQC and D365 SCM
  • Create functional designs and support technical teams on required gaps (interfaces, extensions, integrations)
  • Configure the solution and support build activities
  • Prepare and execute functional and integration tests
  • Support user acceptance testing (UAT)
  • Develop training materials and deliver end‑user training

Skills & Qualifications

  • You have a solid understanding of supply chain operations.
  • A good understanding of manufacturing processes is considered an advantage.
  • You bring at least 3 years of hands‑on experience and have been involved in multiple ERP implementation projects as a functional consultant.
  • You are comfortable working independently as well as collaboratively in project teams, and you take ownership and responsibility for your work.
  • You continuously develop your coaching skills by working closely with colleagues and sharing knowledge.
  • You are fluent in English; knowledge of Dutch or French is a plus.
  • You are a certified Microsoft Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management Functional Consultant (MB‑330 and/or MB‑320), or you are motivated to obtain this certification in the near future.
  • Certification in Prince2, PMP, or other project management methodologies is considered an advantage.
  • You feel confident engaging with AI‑related topics and can explain complex concepts to stakeholders in a clear and accessible way, while making ethically sound decisions and adapting to evolving technologies.
  • You are motivated to continuously invest time in keeping up to date with the latest capabilities, functions, and features of the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Supply Chain solution, and you enjoy sharing this knowledge within the team.
