Together with our colleagues from the Digital Enablement business unit we implement the full Microsoft eco system with D365 and the power platform as a core element of digital transformation.

Your role:

  • As a (senior) functional advisor in Dynamics 365 Supply Chain management, you will be responsible for the process design, implementation, and testing of the Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management solution (Inventory management, Warehouse management, Transportation management, Production control, Procurement...).
  • You will guide our customers in how they should transform their organization so that it is more performant by leveraging the Microsoft Dynamics 365 platform to its full extent.
  • You will be supported by business consultant(s) who have a strong focus on process knowledge whilst your focus will be on the Microsoft Dynamics 365 solution. Furthermore, you can count on the support of the solution architect(s) and a technical team for integration, custom development, migration, build and release activities.
  • Our customers rely on KPMG to take ownership of key positions that determine the success or failure of the project. This requires IT knowledge as well as soft skills including effective communication, leadership, building customer relations, and a strong dedication to quality.

Your activities will comprise,

  • Guide customers in the transformation of their operations by organizing and executing workshops
  • Execute FIT/GAP workshops and create the to-be process designs using the APQC process model aligned with the Dynamics 365 Supply Chain management capabilities
  • Create the functional designs and provide information towards the technical team for any Gaps (interfaces, custom development …) that should be solved
  • Configuration of the solution
  • Write test scenarios and execute functional testing
  • Assist in integration testing
  • Support customers during UAT
  • Create training material and conduct training of customers

Skills & Qualifications

  • You have a good understanding of supply chain operations
  • A good understanding of manufacturing processes is considered an advantage
  • You have a minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience, and you have been involved in multiple ERP implementation projects as a functional consultant
  • You can work independently, as well as in project teams and take ownership and responsibility
  • You keep developing your coaching skills by working closely together with other colleagues
  • You are fluent in English; knowledge of Dutch or French is preferred
  • You are a certified Microsoft Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management Functional Consultant (MB-330 and/or MB-320) or are willing to achieve this certification soon
  • Certification in Prince2, PMP or other project management tracks is considered an advantage
  • Ready to continuously invest time to keep up to date with the latest capabilities, functions and features in the Microsoft Dynamics 365 supply chain solution and act as an advocate in spreading this knowledge within the team
