Advisory - Senior Advisor

Roles & Responsibilities

  • As a Functional Advisor in Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement, you are responsible for the design, implementation, and testing of Dynamics 365 Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, Field Service, and Project Service solutions
  • You support clients in transforming their sales and customer‑focused operations by fully leveraging the Microsoft Dynamics 365 platform
  • You design customer journeys and future‑state (“to‑be”) processes that align with standard Dynamics 365 ways of working
  • You collaborate closely with Business Consultants from Customer Advisory, who bring strong process expertise, while your focus is on the Dynamics 365 solution
  • You work together with the Solution Architect and technical teams on integrations, configurations, custom development, migration, and release activities
  • You take ownership of your role within projects that are critical to client success
  • You combine technical expertise with strong communication, relationship‑building, and change management skills
  • You maintain a strong focus on quality, collaboration, and sustainable outcomes for clients

Skills & Qualifications

  • You have a solid understanding of sales organizations, including marketing processes and customer and field service operations.
  • You bring at least 3 years of hands‑on experience and have contributed to multiple CRM implementation or advisory projects as a process or functional consultant.
  • You are comfortable working independently as well as collaboratively in project teams, and you take ownership and responsibility for your work.
  • You enjoy continuously developing your coaching skills by working closely with colleagues and sharing knowledge.
  • You are fluent in English and Dutch or French.
  • You are a certified Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service Functional Consultant Associate, or you are motivated to obtain this certification in the near future.
  • Certification in the Microsoft Power Platform and the ability to leverage its capabilities is considered a plus.
  • Experience with solutions that support customer journey design is an advantage.
  • You feel confident engaging with AI‑related topics and can clearly communicate complex concepts to stakeholders, while making ethically sound decisions and adapting to evolving technologies.
  • Certification in Prince2, PMP, or other project management methodologies is considered a plus.
