Roles & Responsibilities

As a Solution Architect Dynamics 365 CE, you help shape the architecture for large, CRM‑enabled business transformations. Working closely with clients, you define a future‑proof solution architecture and roadmap aligned with their broader transformation journey, which may include strategy, target operating model, process optimization, and change management.

 

You connect the different Dynamics 365 CE domains (such as Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, Field Service, Project Operations, and Power Platform) into a cohesive solution within the broader Microsoft technology stack and the client’s application landscape.

 

What will you do:

 

  • Design and take ownership of the end‑to‑end solution architecture and future‑state processes
  • Lead Fit/Gap analyses covering architecture, integrations, migration, and non‑functional requirements
  • Collaborate closely with project managers to monitor progress, risks, and mitigations
  • Act as a trusted advisor to client stakeholders, supporting decision‑making and solution sign‑off
  • Support delivery teams by resolving issues, preventing escalations, and ensuring quality standards
  • Coach and support colleagues, share knowledge, and contribute to team growth
  • Contribute to business development through proposals, market offerings, and thought leadership
  • Stay up to date with technology, methodologies, and best practices, and help improve internal ways of working
  • You combine strong technical expertise with clear communication, collaboration, and a commitment to quality, engaging confidently with both client leadership and internal teams.

Skills & Qualifications

  • You bring at least 5 years of hands‑on experience and have contributed to multiple large‑scale CRM implementation projects (1,000+ man‑days) delivered in a structured, milestone‑driven way.
  • You are motivated to explore beyond your comfort zone to help deliver well‑rounded, end‑to‑end solutions.
  • You are comfortable working independently as well as collaboratively in project teams, and you take ownership and responsibility for your work.
  • You enjoy continuously developing your coaching skills by working closely with colleagues and sharing knowledge.
  • You are fluent in English.
  • You are a certified Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service Functional Consultant Associate.
  • You are a certified Microsoft Dynamics 365 Power Apps + Dynamics 365 Solution Architect Expert, or you are motivated to obtain this certification in the near future.
  • You feel confident engaging with AI‑related topics and can clearly explain complex concepts to stakeholders, while making ethically sound decisions and adapting to evolving technologies.
  • Certification in Prince2, PMP, SAFe, or other project management frameworks is considered a plus.
