Within the Enterprise Solutions unit of Technology Advisory, we are strengthening our Dynamics 365 team with Solution Architects. In this role, you will design the architecture for large-scale, ERP-enabled business transformations and work closely with clients to define a future-proof architecture and roadmap.

These transformations often span multiple years and go beyond ERP implementation alone, covering areas such as strategy, target operating model, process optimization, and change management. As Solution Architect, you play a key role in connecting all functional domains of Dynamics 365 Finance and Supply Chain Management into a coherent solution, aligned with the broader Microsoft technology stack and the client’s overall application landscape.


What will you do:

• You are accountable for the proposed solution, including architecture, to‑be processes, and the realization of the agreed design
• You ensure the quality of the solution and all related deliverables
• You monitor daily progress, risks, and issues together with the Project Manager, and proactively proposes and implements mitigations
• You lead the Fit/Gap analysis to define solution design, including to‑be processes, solution architecture, integration design, migration approach, and non‑functional requirements (e.g. performance)
• You engage and convince client stakeholders, consultants, and partners of the proposed solution architecture and lead the client sign‑off process
• You anticipate, prevent, and resolve escalations involving consultants, partners, or clients
• You ensure the team follows the predefined project methodology and uses tools effectively, intervening where needed
• You work in close collaboration with the Project Manager
• You actively stay informed about technological innovations, market trends, methodologies, and best practices, and contribute to internal improvements and innovation
• You share knowledge and coach consultants to support their professional growth
• You support the sales process by contributing to effort estimations, commercial proposals, and sales demonstrations

• You hold a Master’s degree, preferably in Informatics or Engineering
  You have at least 5 years of hands-on experience and have contributed to multiple large-scale ERP implementation projects (1,000+ man-days), delivered in a structured, milestone-driven environment
• You are motivated to continuously learn and are comfortable stepping beyond your comfort zone to help deliver end‑to‑end solutions
• You are able to work independently as well as collaboratively within project teams, taking ownership and responsibility for your work
• You enjoy developing your coaching and mentoring skills through close collaboration with colleagues
• You are fluent in English
• Fluency in Dutch or French is considered an asset
• You are a certified Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Supply Chain Functional Consultant Associate
• Certification MB‑320 (Microsoft Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management, Manufacturing) is considered an asset
• You are a certified Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations Apps Solution Architect Expert, or you are motivated to obtain this certification in the near future
• You are comfortable engaging with AI-related topics and can explain complex concepts to diverse stakeholders, make ethically sound decisions, and adapt to evolving technologies
• Certification in PRINCE2, PMP, SAFe, or other project management frameworks is considered an asset
