Roles & Responsibilities

This role focuses on strategic sourcing, cost reduction, and value creation initiatives, supporting clients across industries in improving the performance and impact of their procurement functions. You will work closely with senior client stakeholders and internal teams to identify value levers, design sourcing strategies, and deliver measurable outcomes.


Key responsibilities



  • Design and lead strategic sourcing initiatives across multiple categories

  • Identify cost reduction and value creation opportunities based on spend and market analysis

  • Support clients in defining procurement strategies, category plans, and savings roadmaps

  • Develop business cases and support value tracking and governance

  • Lead procurement transformation projects with a strong strategic and commercial focus 

  • Translate business objectives into actionable sourcing and procurement initiatives

  • Advise clients on procurement operating models, governance, and stakeholder alignment

  • Lead and coach project teams and act as a trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders

Skills & Qualifications

This role is suited for professionals with a strong background in procurement consulting, strategic sourcing, and value creation, who are comfortable operating in complex client environments.


Qualifications



  • Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business Engineering, Economics, Supply Chain, Management, or a related field

  • Several years of relevant experience in procurement consulting, strategic sourcing, or procurement transformation

  • Proven experience in cost reduction, value identification, and category management

  • Strong analytical skills and a structured, results‑oriented approach

  • Ability to confidently navigate AI topics and  communicate complex concepts to stakeholders, make ethically sound decisions and adapt to evolving technologies.

  • Fluent in English, Dutch and/or French
