Roles & Responsibilities

 

We are looking for a Reward (Senior) Manager who will play a pivotal role in further expanding our already successful reward practice.

You will be able to leverage upon already existing strong client relationships to build a strong expansion of our service offering. You will be responsible for working closely with our clients, helping them for example to adhere to new obligations related to pay transparency, leveraging your expertise in job classification and reward and work with clients to design and implement effective reward strategies aligned with their organizational goals. You will build reward models in alignment with business strategies with objective and measurable criteria.

Skills & Qualifications

• You preferably have a master level degree;

• You have at least 6 years of relevant experience in reward;

• You are passionate to help clients with reward challenges;

• You have a business development mindset;

• Interest in data analytics and technology is a plus;

• You have the ability to communicate with impact, in a way that is open, honest, consistent and clear;

• You have strong organizational skills to manage large and complex projects and the ability to interact with different stakeholders at all levels;

• You have a client centric, innovative and proactive mindset;

• You have a desire to build relationships internally and with clients.
