Within our internal Quality, Risk & Compliance function, we are looking for a Risk & Compliance Officer to support the business in managing contractual, regulatory and independence-related matters. In this supporting role, you act as a trusted advisor to internal stakeholders, ensuring compliance with internal policies as well as national and international regulations, while enabling the business to operate efficiently and securely.


Roles & Responsibilities



  • Provide administrative and compliance-related support to the team

  • Perform daily and recurring testings, controls and checks

  • Manage and follow up on one or multiple systems

  • Monitor systems and identify/report any inconsistencies or deviations

  • Send invitations, confirmation emails and follow up on actions

  • Handle user queries (basic questions, access management, permissions)

  • Support the preparation and execution of testings

  • Follow up and structure administrative processes

  • Create and update presentations (PowerPoint, slides)

  • Format and structure policies and documentation professionally

  • Ensure consistency and quality in document formatting

  • Maintain and update internal tools, portals and websites

  • Proactively support the team and contribute to the smooth daily operations

Skills & Qualifications


  • You have 2–3 years (or more) of relevant experience in a compliance, legal or risk-related role (e.g. contract review, audit or internal advisory) 

  • You have a solid understanding of contract law; knowledge of GDPR, public procurement or regulatory frameworks is a plus 

  • You are interested in further developing expertise in risk, compliance and independence regulations 

  • You are analytical, detail-oriented and able to handle complex topics pragmatically

  • You have a hands-on mindset and enjoy taking ownership in a supporting role

  • You are a strong communicator and able to translate complex topics into clear, actionable advice 

  • You are fluent in Dutch and English; French is a strong asset 

  • You are organized, able to multitask and work autonomously in a dynamic environment
