To support our continued expansion and strengthen our market presence, we are seeking an experienced Sales, Marketing & Communications Director. This senior leader will be responsible for overseeing our commercial efforts, guiding brand positioning, and coordinating both external and internal communications to ensure KPMG’s voice remains consistent, credible, and impactful.
Key responsibilities
Sales & business development
- Develop and implement strategies to drive client acquisition and pipeline development.
- Provide robust account management support to nurture long-term client relationships and ensure exceptional service delivery.
- Ensure effective use of CRM and provide leadership with accurate and timely reporting to support strategic decision-making.
- Oversee proposal support activities, collaborating with cross-functional teams to craft compelling responses that reflect KPMG’s value proposition and align with client needs.
- Partner with service line leaders to identify and pursue cross-selling opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with senior leaders within the firm and help them deliver on their commercial strategy.
Marketing & brand management
- Deliver digital-first, integrated, multi-channel marketing campaigns in support of our collective strategy that deliver the most impact against issues that matter most to clients.
- Align marketing priorities and channel selection with business needs to ensure impactful and targeted initiatives.
- Ensure consistency in brand messaging and positioning across all channels.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform strategy.
Communications
- Oversee external communications, including media relations, PR, and reputation management.
- Direct internal communications to engage employees, support cultural initiatives, and align messaging across the firm.
- Position senior leaders through speeches, articles, and executive visibility initiatives.
- Manage crisis communications and issues management where required.
Leadership & operations
- Lead and develop a diverse team across sales, marketing, and communications.
- Foster strong connections with internal experts, leadership, and external networks to ensure alignment, knowledge sharing, and strategic impact.
- Manage budgets effectively, ensuring resources are allocated for maximum impact.
