Roles & Responsibilities

  • Help our clients to model and to streamline their End-to-End processes and build a more customer-centric organization enabled by emerging technologies.
  • Help our clients to reach Operational Excellence through techniques including Lean, automation & robotics and digital technologies.
  • Deliver and manage large & complex multidisciplinary programs in cross functional teams in the banking sector.
  • Implement core banking systems and transform bank businesses through new sourcing strategies.
  • Help senior management of banks with the introduction of necessary changes to become more agile & business resilient, advise and support them on their Target Operating Models and Digital transformations.
  • Help today’s key decision makers to cope with the business challenges they are facing and bring added value to the enterprise at large.
  • Participate in the development of the bank’s service offering and contribute to its expansion into the market.
  • Build and maintains strong relationships with middle to senior level staff internally and externally.
  • Contribute to the planning and delivery of engagements including work plans, timelines, project management and resource allocation.
  • Help review the work of less experienced members of the Project team.

Skills & Qualifications

  • You have a master’s degree preferably in economics, informatics or engineering.
  • You have minimum five years of experience in the banking sector or consulting sector.
  • You have prior exposure in project based environment.
  • You have experience in at least one of our core services such as Target Operating Model, Operational Excellence, core banking transformations, project & program management, and payments.
  • You can work independently, as well as in project teams.
  • You have a pro-active mindset, dynamic, stress resistant and flexible to work within a fast-paced environment.
  • You have strong analytical skills, excellent written and verbal communication, and presentation skills.
  • You are Fluent in French or Dutch and English.
  • You have certifications in Agile, Lean, project management.
  • You have strong client orientation & are a real team player.
