The Customer Sales & Marketing (CSM) team is part of the Advisory practice. We provide business / functional consulting services (as opposed to technology / implementation services) in marketing, sales, and customer service domains.

The CSM team wants to reinforce its team with a Senior Consultant / Manager level practitioner, a business analyst with experience in customer analysis and reporting. Your responsibilities will include:

 

  • Participate in business development and service proposal development activities.
  • Analyze customer data flows and content to provide impactful findings of our clients’ marketing, sales, and service functions.
  • Provide innovative business solutions through a deep understanding of customer data management and AI capabilities.
  • Design insightful reporting that draws the essence.
  • Ensure that regulatory and legal context, such as GDPR, are considered when delivering our projects.
  • Work in a multidisciplinary team to deliver impactful and valuable change at the client.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Master level education or equivalent, preferably in economics or computer science.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in functional data analysis and management.
  • Experience in business process mapping and data flow analysis.
  • Experience in business analysis.
  • Experience in business consulting is a plus.
  • Experience as a user of advanced reporting (R, PowerBI, SAS, Tableau) is a plus.
  • Experience in applying GDPR rules and regulations.
  • Experience with working with diverse teams on an international level.
  • Excellent organizational and planning skills and ability to perform consistently at a high level and at times under high pressure while adhering to strict deadlines.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, Dutch and French.
