KPMG People Advisory supports clients' HR teams in successfully addressing people-related challenges within their organizations. Today, Human Resources departments are redefining workplace experiences and engaging employees in new ways, while helping businesses manage and adopt people strategies aligned with strategic business objectives.

In this role, you will act as a trusted advisor to clients, with a strong focus on HR Information Systems (HRIS) and HR technology transformation, supporting them in designing, implementing, and optimizing their HR systems landscape.

More specifically, the mission is to support clients in solving complex business challenges in the following domains:

  • HR technology and HRIS transformation, with a strong focus on Workday (HCM modules);
  • HR process design and optimization, enabled by digital HR platforms;
    Data-driven HR and reporting capabilities within HR systems;
  • Broader HR transformation topics (e.g. operating model, workforce transformation).

You will work closely with clients to understand their needs, translate them into HRIS solutions, and build long-term, trusted client relationships.

Skills & Qualifications

  • A Master’s degree or equivalent; a specialization in HR, Business, or Information Systems is an asset;
  • 4 to 6 years of relevant professional experience, preferably in HRIS, HR technology, or HR transformation projects;
  • Hands-on experience with HR Information Systems (HRIS), ideally Workday HCM;
  • Workday certifications are a strong plus;
  • Demonstrated experience in HRIS implementations, optimization, or support (e.g. design, testing, deployment, or advisory);
  • A strong client-oriented mindset, with the ability to build trusted relationships and understand client needs;
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at different levels;
  • Ability to translate business requirements into HRIS/system solutions in collaboration with functional and technical teams;
  • A pragmatic, hands-on approach combined with strong analytical skills;
  • Experience in consulting is a plus;
  • Strong project delivery skills and ability to take ownership of workstreams;
  • Interest in HR data and a data-driven approach to HR challenges;
  • Digitally minded, with an affinity for innovation and technology;
  • Confidence in navigating AI-related topics, with the ability to communicate complex concepts to stakeholders, make ethically sound decisions and adapt to evolving technologies;
  • Strong networking skills and experience working with corporate clients;
  • Fluent in English and Dutch or French
