Roles & Responsibilities

  • Performing technology audits and advisory projects within multi-disciplinary teams.
  • Collecting data, analyzing systems and understanding client operations.
  • Helping plan and execute risk-based audits, reporting results and following up on recommendations.
  • Leading smaller audits from start to finish, ensuring quality and timely delivery.
  • Keeping engagement leaders informed and spotting opportunities for additional services.
  • Building strong client relationships and collaborating closely with your team.
  • Staying up to date with market trends and sharing knowledge to support junior colleagues.
  • Quickly integrating into the team and supporting across projects as needed.

Skills & Qualifications

  • You have a Master’s degree and at least 4 years of experience in IT audit.
  • You’re familiar with controls assurance in complex IT environments and experience with cloud, automation or emerging tech is a plus.
  • You understand key business processes and can assess IT risks and controls in a broader business context.
  • You communicate clearly with all levels of stakeholders and can lead small teams effectively.
  • You build strong relationships, deliver high-quality work on time and within budget and take initiative.
  • You’re proactive, organized, client-focused and always willing to go the extra mile.
  • Certifications like CISA, CISM, or CIA are a plus.
  • You’re eager to keep learning and fluent in English and Dutch or French, with strong reporting and presentation skills.
  • You are confident working with AI tools, have a critical mindset in using AI in everyday tasks and team collaboration.
