• You hold a Master's degree and have at least 3 to 7 years of experience with a focus on business analysis and project management.
• You have at least 3 years of experience with energy and utilities products and processes, and understand the full lifecycle of an IT solution.
• You master business analyst skills for requirement engineering, process modelling (BPMN, UML) and UX design.
• Preferably you also have experience in end-user training and/or user acceptance testing.
• You have a pro-active mindset with excellent interpersonal skills, and you are dynamic and flexible to work within a fast-paced environment.
• Fluent communication and facilitation skills in English and Dutch and/or French are required.

As part of the Digital Program Delivery Services team:

• You will be involved on projects related to core industry processes such as field works, customer engagement, metering & billing, and asset management.
• You lead and participate in business analysis projects, where you identify stakeholders and capture their needs, collect business requirements, and translate them in functional and non-functional requirements for the implementation of an IT solution.
• You get familiar with the relevant IT solutions and can implement use cases.
• As a key-user you are able to provide end-users with hands-on training.
• Depending on experience, you manage projects, including the responsibility of planning, resourcing, and delivery.
