Roles & Responsibilities

Join our CFO Advisory team as a (Senior) Manager in Financial Planning & Analysis and help clients strengthen how they plan, budget, and make strategic financial decisions. You will work closely with CFOs and finance teams, lead transformation projects, guide diverse teams, and bring together finance, business, and technology to deliver meaningful impact. You will also support commercial growth by identifying client needs, building trusted relationships, and contributing to innovative FP&A offerings.


As a people leader, you will coach and mentor colleagues, promote an inclusive learning culture, and elevate our internal expertise in finance transformation. Your ability to translate complex data into clear insights, combined with strong stakeholder management, will be key to success.

Skills & Qualifications


  • Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field

  • 7–12 years of financial management consulting experience — consulting experience is a must

  • Strong expertise in planning, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and analytics

  • Solid understanding of finance processes, costing, accounting, and management reporting

  • Experience with tools like CCH Tagetik or Workday Adaptive Planning is a plus

  • You confidently navigate AI topics and are able to communicate complex concepts to stakeholders, make ethically sound decisions and adapt to evolving technologies.

  • Proven leadership in managing teams and complex projects

  • Strong interpersonal skills, with an adaptable and collaborative approach

  • AI-ready leadership capabilities and fluency in English and Dutch and/or French
