Your role:
As a Senior Manager within the Microsoft Platforms team, you will be one of the driving forces behind the continued growth and success of KPMG’s Microsoft business. Your primary responsibility is to scale our Microsoft Platform initiatives in one or more of the following industries: financial services, public sector or energy and utilities, accelerating growth and innovation across business development, project delivery, and practice leadership in line with the strategic business plan.
Our ambition is to grow to 350 FTEs across the Benelux region by 1 October 2028, covering all Microsoft-related solutions and sectors. You will directly contribute to achieving this goal by collaborating with other Microsoft Platforms Directors, creating synergies across focus areas. While each Director leads a defined focus area, we operate as a unified leadership team—supporting each other when needed. Your responsibilities will align with one or more of the following five key focus areas:
• Channels (lead generation & BD): Take ownership of business development activities within specific sectors or subsectors (Public, Banking and Insurance). Your personal contribution will be critical in identifying and converting new opportunities that KPMG would not otherwise capture. The goal is to fill the pipeline and expand our footprint through targeted lead generation and client engagement.
• Channels (presales & delivery): Be responsible for converting opportunities into successful client engagements. Oversee both presales and delivery, ensuring internal alignment and high-quality execution. This includes managing stakeholder expectations and driving project outcomes.
• Corridors: Build and sustain structural relationships with relevant KPMG member firms to grow our Microsoft footprint internationally. Position KP
· You consistently drive and take End-to-End Ownership, taking full accountability for delivering comprehensive, end-to-end solutions.
· You excel both as an individual contributor and as a key team member, owning projects and driving results with a proactive mindset.
· You are passionate about developing your coaching skills, working closely with colleagues to foster continuous professional growth.
· Additional certifications in Prince2, PMP, SAFE, or similar methodologies are a plus, underscoring your strong project management expertise.
· With at least 8 years of experience in business development, sales, or related roles—ideally within the technology sector—you have a robust track record of success.
· Your deep understanding of Microsoft technologies enables you to craft innovative solutions that propel business growth and keep us ahead of industry trends.
· You possess outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, empowering you to build strong client relationships and inspire confidence in our solutions.
· You have a demonstrated ability to meet targets and deliver exceptional results in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
· Fluent in Dutch or French, and English, you navigate multicultural environments with ease, fostering strong international connections and seamless business interactions.
