Our Microsoft Platform team focuses on technology‑enabled transformations across:
- Azure infrastructure and platform
- Modern Workplace, including Microsoft 365 and Copilot
- Azure security (Purview, Defender, E5)
- Dynamics 365 and Power Platform (ERP & CRM)
- Azure Data & AI
Your role:
- As a Senior Manager within the Microsoft Platforms team, you play a key role in the continued growth and development of KPMG’s Microsoft business.
- You help scale our Microsoft Platform initiatives within one or more focus industries: Financial Services, Public Sector, and/or Energy & Utilities.
- You contribute to growth and innovation across business development, project delivery, and practice leadership, aligned with our strategic roadmap.
- You collaborate closely with colleagues across the Benelux, supporting KPMG’s ambition to grow to 350 Microsoft-focused FTEs by 1 October 2028.
- You work alongside other Microsoft Platforms Directors as part of a unified and supportive leadership team, sharing knowledge, capacity, and responsibility across focus areas.
Impact areas:
Channels – Lead Generation & Business Development
- Take ownership of business development activities within specific sectors or sub‑sectors (e.g. Public Sector, Banking, Insurance).
- Proactively identify, shape, and convert new opportunities, helping to grow a strong and sustainable pipeline.
- Build trusted relationships with clients and internal stakeholders to expand KPMG’s Microsoft footprint.
Channels – Presales & Delivery
- Support the conversion of opportunities into successful client engagements.
- Oversee presales and delivery activities, ensuring strong collaboration, clear communication, and high‑quality outcomes.
- Manage expectations across stakeholders while fostering a positive and inclusive project culture.
Corridors (International Collaboration)
- Build and nurture long‑term relationships with relevant KPMG member firms.
- Strengthen international collaboration to grow our Microsoft capabilities and visibility across borders.
- Share expertise and best practices to support joint success within the global KPMG network.
