• You have a university degree in Law or Applied Economics or equivalent based on experience
• You have 2 to 4 years of relevant experience in reward/comp&ben.
• You are very motivated, dynamic and carry a passion for this specific domain;
• You can communicate with impact, in a way that is open, honest, consistent and clear
• Because of your strong organizational skills you are able to manage large and complex projects, and you can interact with different stakeholders at all levels
• Your mindset is client centric, innovative and pro-active
• You are a real team player, but you are also comfortable working independently

KPMG’s multidisciplinary reward team includes HR, legal, tax & technology experts and developed an innovative Flexible Reward Tool.
• You will be a part of an enthusiastic team helping clients with the implementation of Flexible Reward & Mobility plans or advise clients on compensation & benefits and a future proof mobility policy.
• You will be managing reward projects from A to Z and will be the SPOC for your clients
