Your main responsibilities:

• Support the recruitment process across various sectors.
• Source candidates through multiple job boards and platforms.
• Assist in creating job descriptions and provide administrative support to recruiters.
• Participate in recruitment projects, including LinkedIn initiatives, referrals, international assignments etc.
• Contribute to the team's knowledge development by staying updated on HR trends and utilizing HR effectiveness measurement tools.

• Final-year Bachelor’s or Master’s student with strong interest in Human Resources.
• Excellent communication skills, proactiveness and team-oriented mindset.
• Motivated to deliver high-quality service, build collaborative relationships, and foster innovation.
• Proficiency in Dutch or French, along with fluency in English.
