Your role will depend on the client’s main business challenges. These challenges can range from business transformations, digitalization, new technologies, streamlining of operating processes, cost optimizations, improving customer experience, organizational changes, etc.
The Transformation team focusses on three main competences, for which we assist our clients:

Operating model design
Value stream design
Transformation shaping - Transformation design and execution
Process (re)design and optimization
Customer and employee journey design
Business analysis
Core system transformation - Transformation coordination
Project and portfolio management
In addition to working on client projects, you will also support business development initiatives by contributing to proposal writing for new client opportunities.
You will play a key role in supporting the long-term goals of the Transformation team, helping clients tackle their business & technology challenges while delivering lasting value to the entire company. Your contributions will not only make a difference to clients but also drive sustainable growth and success across the organization.
Industry focus:
The Transformation team primarily focuses on supporting clients in three key sectors: the Public Sector, Financial Services, and the Energy sector. We also take on selected projects in other industries, including pharmaceuticals, automotive & transport, and food & manufacturing.
What to expect:
- You will join a supportive, young and dynamic team where no two days are the same.
- You will get to chance to work for a range of clients, and the projects you could work on offer continuous challenge and a constantly shifting workload.
- You'll be in frequent contact with clients, which will involve travel to various client sites, mostly within the country. International travel is rare but may occasionally be required.
