• A minimum of 8 years of experience in the global tax compliance and advisory space;
• Experience in leading or delivering large global projects;
• Strong interpersonal skills: clearly communicates with impact, in a way that is open, honest, consistent;
• Strong oral and written communication skills;
• Project management/co-ordination skills and experience (e.g. on other global compliance outsourcing engagements);
• Strong organizational skills to manage large and complex projects and ability to interact with different stakeholders at all levels. A commercial approach to resolving issues;
• Coaching skills: gives clear directions, positive and constructive feedback;
• Analytical skills: Analyses problems, identifies core issues, investigates, evaluates and integrates information;
• Flexibility: is able to work remotely or in an KPMG office in Brussels/Belgium;
• Available for occasional travel across the European countries;
• LeanSixSigma certifications can be a plus;

What is a Global Tax Transformation Manager?
They are senior tax compliance, transformation and technology specialists who support KPMG teams across Europe in winning and delivering global tax and statutory compliance, advisory and tax operations projects.
A Global Tax Transformation Manager will have strong knowledge of the Tax Reimagined framework, be able to run client engagements, workshops and understand the KPMG delivery model. They may have different areas of deeper expertise (such as tax accounting, statutory accounting or global compliance management).
Description of the role:
The primary objectives for the role will be a market/client-facing one, working with KPMG lead partners on target companies to begin and advance the Tax Reimagined discussions, win and execute on engagements. Also expected is to contribute to the development of the Tax Reimagined framework and assist in creating a formal structure around advisory services.
