Skills & Qualifications
- You hold a Master's degree and have at least 5 years of experience in technology consulting within the Banking/Payments/Insurance sector.
- Proven project management skills with experience in planning and executing multiple medium-scale projects from definition through implementation, involving internal personnel and consultants with the ability to manage one to three medium risk projects concurrently, including multi-phase and multi-track projects
- Project management experience that includes application development and IT transformation projects, and comfortable working within an existing IT project governance framework
- You have experience in enterprise or solution architecture, business requirements gathering and aligning solutions with sector-related regulations
- For Banking, knowledge of the following is considered as an asset: Basel, IFRS, COREP, FINREP, MIFIR, MIFID, AML
- You are fluent communication and facilitation skills in Dutch and/or French, and English are required.
- You have excellent interpersonal skills and change management mindset.

- Lead and participate in business analysis, where you identify stakeholders and capture their needs, define business requirements, translate them in functional and non-functional requirements and translate them in IT solutions
- Communicate project status and be the project advocate; take responsibility for risk and issue management; integrate and align with other processes and solutions; participate in and facilitate post project/phase reviews to cultivate a learning organization
