Roles & Responsibilities

This exciting opportunity is within our corporate learning and development team at KPMG Belgium.

You will be responsible for designing, delivering, and evaluating training and development programs within our organization. Working closely with department heads, management, and employees to identify training needs and facilitate learning initiatives that align with the organization's strategic objectives and our people strategy.

You will play a crucial role in fostering employee growth and promoting a culture of continuous learning & development within KPMG Belgium and ultimately contributing to its success and competitiveness in the market.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with our learning community and external subject matter experts to design and implement effective training programs and materials.
  • Identify skills gaps within the workforce and develop training initiatives to address these gaps.
  • Develop and implement learning strategies and programs
  • Develop and implement talent development, coaching & mentoring initiatives
  • Facilitate training sessions, workshops, and seminars, both in-person and virtually
  • Assess the effectiveness of training programs through evaluations and feedback, making continuous improvements.
  • Stay current with innovative learning technologies and tools to enhance the learning experience.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Passion for learning and talent development and supporting people to reach their potential
  • Masters degree with a proven track record working in learning and development (at least three years).
  • Strong communication and presentation skills (both oral and written)
  • Flexible, ability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively in a team.
  • Ability to work in a high performing and fast paced environment
  • Proficiency in IT skills, learning management systems and e-learning platforms.
  • Project management skills;
  • Fluency in English is required, as well as strong proficiency in Dutch; French is a plus
  • Team player, self-driven, taking initiative, enthusiastic.
