KPMG People Advisory supports clients' HR teams in successfully addressing people-related challenges within their organizations. In this role, you will act as a trusted advisor to clients, with a strong focus on HR Information Systems (HRIS) and HR technology transformation, supporting them in designing, implementing, and optimizing their HR systems landscape.
More specifically, the mission is to support clients in solving complex business challenges in the following domains:
You will work closely with clients to understand their needs, translate them into HRIS solutions, and build long-term, trusted client relationships.
