Roles & Responsibilities

 

We are looking for graduates with a keen interest in corporate law and M&A to join our team in Zaventem (NL/FR), Antwerp (NL), Hasselt (NL).

 

You will work together with a team of dedicated lawyers to assist clients with legal issues related to:

  • corporate law
  • mergers - demergers
  • acquisitions
  • corporate governance
  • corporate compliance
  • legal due diligence
  • restructuring and joint ventures

You will be involved in a broad range of projects and provide a wide scope of legal services to our national and international clients.

 

You will attend meetings with clients and maintain strong relationships with them.

Skills & Qualifications

  • You (will soon) hold a master degree in law with a focus on economic law.
  • An additional qualification in corporate law or an international experience is an asset.
  • A first professional experience in a law firm (e.g. an internship) is an asset.
  • You are eager to learn and you have the ambition to excel in this legal field.
  • You have strong analytical and writing skills.
  • You speak Dutch or French and are fluent in English.
  • You are a real team player.
